What we collect
This website is a catalogue. We do not create customer accounts or take card payments on the site. When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type — typically your name, message, occasion, budget and any notes about a recipient.
Those messages are opened in WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). Instagram Direct uses Meta as well. Their privacy policies apply to those apps.
How we use it
We use your message to confirm availability, price, payment method and delivery, and to keep a record of the order. We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising or analytics pixels on this site.
Cookies
The shop does not use marketing cookies. If a member of staff signs in to the private admin area, a strictly necessary session cookie is stored so the browser stays signed in. That cookie is httpOnly and expires after eight hours. Any catalogue notes they make stay in that browser only and are not a customer database.
How long we keep it
WhatsApp chats and order notes are kept for as long as we need them to complete delivery, handle returns or meet accounting duties, then deleted or archived in the ordinary course of business.
